As a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, DSSC assists low-income, underserved communtities with environmental and infrastrustrue needs such as water and wastewater, brownfields, storm water, renewable energy, and other concerns. We help guide the community through challenging regulatory processes, technical evaluations, and financial desicision making.
